1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed and prepared for carrier pickup within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Heavy industrial machinery, jobsite table saws, and multi-tool combo kits undergo pallet preparation and dispatch within 2 business days.
  • Orders are not fulfilled on federal holidays or weekends.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Ground Freight: Available on all orders of $99.00 USD and above within the contiguous United States (estimated 3–5 business days transit).
  • Standard Tool Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99 USD for domestic orders under $99.00 USD.
  • Commercial Jobsite Pallet Freight: 5–8 business days transit with liftgate delivery service included for oversized industrial equipment.

3. Lithium-Ion Battery Shipping Compliance

In full compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and FAA safety standards for lithium-ion battery transport:

  • High-capacity standalone 20V MAX* and FLEXVOLT® lithium-ion batteries must ship via Ground Transportation Only.
  • Expedited air shipping is restricted for standalone battery parcels exceeding air watt-hour limits.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email with official tracking information (UPS/FedEx/USPS) is issued immediately upon dispatch. You may also track parcels using our Track Your Order system.

5. Address Accuracy & Jobsite Deliveries

Please provide an accurate, accessible physical address. If delivering to an active commercial jobsite, ensure personnel are authorized to receive and inspect freight. If an address correction is needed, contact us at dewaltools@163.com within 4 hours of placing your order.
